Exchange and Cancellation Policy
This Exchange and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Attivi Life LLP website. By placing an order on our website, you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy applies to all orders placed through Attivi Life LLP. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Cancellation
- We do not accept cancellation requests once an order has been processed.
- If you wish to cancel an order immediately after placing it, please contact us at 79962 88484 or email hello@attivilife.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may accept the cancellation at our discretion.
- Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled by us or you cancel it before the order is shipped or an order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and received back by us.
Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances other than for proven damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange only if the item received is damaged, defective, or non-functional or not the product you ordered. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, along with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags. Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not present at the time of delivery will not be eligible.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at 79962 88484 or email hello@attivilife.com. No request for exchange or defective product assessment will be accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the product shall be deemed accepted by the customer without dispute.
- Provide clear proof of images of the damage or defect. A video recording of the unboxing is mandatory and must clearly show the issue. Any tampered, edited, unclear, or incomplete videos shall render the claim invalid.
- Once your request and proof are reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup.
Definition of a Defective Product
A product will be considered defective if it:
- Is unfit for its intended use due to manufacturing or design flaws;
- Has been damaged before reaching the customer; or
- Does not match the claims made in its advertising or labelling.
All defective product claims undergo structured quality testing. Exchanges are accepted only after verification and in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.
Incorrect or Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product or an item not matching your order, please contact us immediately at 79962 88484 or email hello@attivilife.com. We will assist you promptly.
Disclaimer
Attivi shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use, negligence, mishandling, storage conditions, wear and tear, or non-compliance with the product manual.
Limitation of Liability
- Attivi does not provide any warranty beyond what is expressly stated on the product page or packaging. No implied warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose) shall apply.
- To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Attivi Life LLP’s liability shall in no event exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the product in question. Attivi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Misuse/Fraud
Attivi reserves the right to deny services to customers suspected of misuse of this Policy, repeated false claims, or fraudulent activities. In such cases, Attivi may permanently block the customer from placing future orders.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
