Flowplunge Elite Solo is a professional-grade cold plunge system engineered for full-body immersion and autonomous operation. With temperature control ranging from 3 to 42°C, it enables both therapeutic cooling and temperate recovery in one unit. Designed for use indoors or outdoors, it provides consistent, hygienic cold water therapy without the need for ice.
TECHNOLOGY
The Flowplunge Elite Solo features a built-in chiller and filtration system, including ozone purification and a 20-micron filter. The result is a closed-loop water system that remains clean, cold, and stable with minimal maintenance. A digital touch panel allows for precise adjustment of temperature, ozone intervals, and session duration. All functions can also be remotely managed via the Smart Life app, offering full compatibility with existing smart home ecosystems.
BODY EFFECT
Exposure to cold water activates the sympathetic nervous system, promoting the release of norepinephrine and enhancing mental clarity and physical resilience. Vasoconstriction followed by vasodilation enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates muscular recovery. Regular immersion can support immune modulation, improve sleep quality, and regulate mental stress.
