Flowsauna Elite Solo is designed for athletes who understand that performance is built in recovery, not just in training. This is not a recreational sauna. It is a structured recovery chamber engineered to regulate the autonomic nervous system, relieve muscular tension, and support high-frequency training routines.

At the core of its function is FIR technology. Far infrared radiation is a clinically established heat modality used to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and activate parasympathetic function. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the surrounding air, FIR penetrates directly into muscle, fascia, and connective tissue. The result is deep, targeted heat that restores without creating unnecessary thermal stress.

Flowsauna Elite Solo uses low EMF carbon panels to emit consistent far infrared wavelengths in the 4 to 16 micrometer range. All settings can be adjusted manually to match your personal rhythm, load, and readiness. The cabin is built from smooth, sustainable hemlock wood and designed for daily use without requiring plumbing or special ventilation.

The Flowsauna Elite Solo is delivered flat-packed and can be assembled in under 75 minutes. All electrical components are pre‑fitted with labeled connectors, making setup safe and intuitive.
